MCO Rolls Out “MCO Rewards” Passenger Loyalty Program
ORLANDO, Fla. — Customers at Orlando International Airport (MCO) can look forward to extra perks when they shop, eat, and park at the airport by enrolling in an online free program called “MCO Rewards”, beginning today, August 1st.
The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA), in conjunction with GlidePathCX, is launching MCO Rewards, which will allow customers and employees alike the opportunity to claim valuable rewards, such as airline miles, gift cards and cash-back rewards, in return for spending when they link a credit and/or debit card to the free program.
“We served more than 57 million customers at Orlando International Airport in 2023, so literally millions could benefit from a program like this” said Kevin J. Thibault, Chief Executive Officer at GOAA. “It’s gratifying to offer ‘MCO Rewards’ as a way to further engage with customers and to say ‘thanks’ for choosing MCO as their airport of choice.”
The new rewards program will not only provide benefits to customers and employees, but it will also provide customized feedback to the airport, which can then be used by GOAA to help further cater to customers’ preferences.
Marc E. Ellis, GlidePathCX’s CEO, stated “We are pleased to offer a robust and turnkey customer management platform that will improve the airport experience and provide GOAA with invaluable customer trends.”
Enrollment in the program is free and available at mcorewards.com. From the homepage:
• Click the “Sign Up Now” button
• Securely link your credit and/or debit card by clicking the “Wallet” button
• Earn points automatically
Upon linking a card to the program, customers will automatically earn points while dining, shopping, and parking at MCO, and at more than 100 other airports in the GlidePathCX network. Points may then be redeemed for rewards by clicking the “Redeem” button at the top of the homepage.
The MCO Rewards program enhances how GOAA treats, serves and cares for its employees, customers, and business partners and ensures that GOAA consistently aims to exceed expectations.
